Ingrid and Jonathan are the coolest, most laid back couple ever. I photographed them back in the summer for their engagement (click to see their engagement photos). Their fun wedding day in Kiawah Island started with a field day and ended with a crazy dance party and them leaving on a tandem bike. I told you it was fun! Congratulations Ingrid and Jonathan!

Lizz and Tristan chose beautiful Asheville in the fall as the spot for their happy wedding. It was a true destination for them and all of their guests. Lizz has the most amazing porcelain skin I’ve ever seen, she truly is a darling person. One of the sweetest parts of the day was when Tristan said his vows, I think I choked up with him. I love that I get to see so much love on the job. Can’t beat it. :)

Id like to thank my assistant for the day, Aaron Morrell, the super nice staff at The Venue, Bobby and Mark of BobbyMark’s Designs, and the seriously rockin’ band, The Business for such an awesome night!

 

Lizz’s aunt flew to South Carolina, from California, with tons of blackberries in tow to make jars of her Blackberry Jam. Her mom and aunts helped out as well.

Allison and Dan’s wedding was my first military one. Wow. Can those guys have looked any better in their navy uniforms?! Of course, the ladies were gorgeous too. ;) Hendersonville, NC, was in peak fall color and it made a wonderful backdrop to the wedding. I’m sure it fit perfectly into Allison’s wedding plans.

I can’t blog this wedding without mentioning the ceremony delay, quite possibly a bride’s worst nightmare. We were ready to start. The moms had both been seated and the groom and his guys were about to file in. Then, my assistant came to me and told me that they couldn’t find the pastor! I can’t help but laugh to myself now. However, everything ended up fine – The pastor got the times mistaken. Nobody was hurt. Ceremony went on as usual. Whew!
