What does a photographer do on Super Bowl Sunday? Have a photo shoot, of course! Lauren and I were lucky to catch a beautiful winter day in Charlotte, perfect for pictures in the park. We started her maternity session in her home and then we headed out to Freedom Park for more shots. She and her husband are expecting a little girl in the next few weeks. I can’t wait to meet her!
Maternity photography in Asheville is awesome. I met Martha and her family at Glencairn Park in Rock Hill last Friday. Man, that park is so pretty, loved it! Martha and her hubby, along with their little girl, are waiting baby number two — Little Miss Maggie. It’s a miracle Maggie has hung around in her mommy’s belly this long. Her older sister Campbell decided to come way too early two years ago. So it’s great that Baby Maggie is hanging in there. I can’t wait to meet her in a few weeks!
Stephanie and Brad are patiently waiting their first born, Baby Cullen. They have his nursery painted in sweet blue and white stripes, can’t wait to meet him! I’m thrilled that Stephanie and Brad want me to take Cullen’s newborn photos, how amazing is that?! Last week, we met, bright and early, and took some great shots in a field by their neighborhood. The sun was just coming up and the light was golden and beautiful. Then we headed back inside and did my favorite part of the session — really really really pretty intimate maternity shots. Wow, I love how they turned out! Stephanie said she looked like a model. Really, she does.
